Ballarat Veterinary Practice has partnered with Vetbooker, a free service to our clients that creates a personal client web portal to the practice. This enables you to log into the practice to book appointments, request medication repeats, check and update your details and your pets’ details and add new pets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Going on holidays tomorrow? It’s 10pm and you can’t find that vaccination card and you have a sneaking suspicion that your pet is overdue and might not be admitted to the kennels tomorrow morning? Just log into your pet’s history and ease your mind. If he is overdue, just book an appointment for first thing the next morning, there and then.

If you are an existing client, you just need to have a valid email address or mobile number already on file with us, for identity verification. After that it’s as simple as choosing a secure password and you’re done!
